The Mahwah Environmental Commission will be hosting its first-ever Mahwah Parks Day! This day is dedicated to promoting and using Mahwah’s open town spaces and we are going to actively participate! MEVO will be having a hike at the Ramapo Valley Reservation. In addition, we will carrying trash and recycling bags to collect any litter we see on the ground using garbage pickers. It will be a great way to enjoy and clean the reservation. We will be meeting at the Ramapo Reservation Entrance at 11 AM where the large map is. The event will end around 1:30PM. We recommend bringing water and some snacks if you get hungry!
