MEVO and the Future of 2014

The year of 2013 has been a glorious one for MEVO: a bee apiary built, a summer internship program going strong in its second year, and, as seen in this photo, many volunteers celebrating the conclusion of multiple pollution clean-ups at Catherine Avenue in Mahwah, New Jersey.

To commemorate all these milestones, our volunteers point to the left whenever a photo is taken. Why? Because when MEVO points to the left it points to the future and better world that MEVO wants to create there.

And for 2014, our future looks ambitious. Our projects include: a 1-acre educational farm in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, cleaning up toxic pollution with the Ramapo Lenape Nation, constructing a 14 hive bee apiary at Bergen Community College, and many more projects.

We’d like for you to help us make this future become a reality. Donate money to our LivetoGive fundraising page for these future projects, share MEVO messages with friends and family, and put the the V in MEVO, by volunteering at some of the projects coming our way next year.

MEVO’s got some bold New Year’s Resolutions for 2014. Help us make them, and our vision of the future, become a reality.
