As summer comes to an end this Labor Day weekend, we’d like go back to a time earlier in the year when Eric Fuchs-Stengel gave a presentation of MEVO’s Fresh Roots Educational Farm to the class of Karin La Greca, a professor at Ramapo College and MEVO Board Member.
It’s through presentations like these that MEVO raises awareness about building a sustainable world for future generations.
